Is the product you are looking for in stock and available?

You will be able to see on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of product will be listed as "Available," "Out of stock" or "Coming soon."

Can I buy multiple products at once?

Yes, you can order multiple products at once. Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

What are your return policies?

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to refund or exchange unopened products within 15 days. Damaged items can be serviced via warranty. Clearance items are not returnable unless damaged during the shipping process.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are delivered within 3-4 business days. Speciality appliances may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Can I replace a purchased item?

Yes, you can get your order replaced only in case:
1. The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
2. The product is not different from what was originally shipped.
3. The product is returned in its original condition along with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

As soon as you place an order: You will be redirected to the order confirmation page on our website. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email on your registered e-mail address and an order confirmation SMS with the details of your order.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are not allowed once the order is placed. For more information, we request you to kindly contact our Customer Support team.

Is express shipping available?

Express shipping is not available as of yet, but next-day delivery is available for many products in Mumbai.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver everywhere in India. Though extra charges may apply according to locations.

What payments do you accept?

At amaze1, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also have PayPal.

When do I receive my tracking number?

Once your item has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number the following day.

Where can I find product dimensions?

All product dimensions are listed in the specifications of the product listing.

How will I be reimbursed for the products cancelled or returned?

All the payment reversals or refunds will be completed as per our Cancellations policy. The amount to be refunded will be processed to the original mode of payment used online. For Pay on Delivery orders, we will initiate NEFT transactions. Once the refund details are shared with you, the payment will reach your bank/card account based on your individual bank/card payment reversal processing timeline.
